Annual re-evaluation
Each year from your join date, we look at your trailing 12-month spend. If you still qualify for your tier, nothing changes. If not, you drop one level — never more than one at a time, and never below Browser while you’re a member.
You’ll always get a 30-day heads-up before any change, so there are no surprises.

Does it cost anything to join?
Nothing. The Collectors Club is completely free. You join from your account page with a single click.
Do I get discounts on items?
No. Every piece is one-of-a-kind — we don’t discount them. Instead, you get something better: first access before anyone else sees them, and more time to complete your purchase.
How do I move up tiers?
Your tier is based on your cumulative spend. Buy a single piece for £2,000 and you skip straight to Connoisseur. It’s automatic — no forms, no waiting.
What happens after a year?
Your tier is re-evaluated annually based on your trailing 12-month spend. If your spend dips, you drop one level (never more than one). You’ll get a 30-day heads-up before any change.
Can I leave?
Anytime, from your account page. Your purchase history is preserved, so if you rejoin later you’ll be placed at the tier your spend qualifies for.
